A water-soluble PVA bag holds a pre-measured dose of a product and dissolves completely in water, releasing the contents. Typical uses are fishing bait bags, detergent and single-dose liquid pouches, agrochemical packs, dye and pigment packs, embroidery backing film and hospital laundry bags. Tell us what you pack and we match the film grade to it.
PVA film dissolves in water, so the pack disappears in the wash or in the water instead of being thrown away. Biodegradable film does not dissolve; it breaks down in composting conditions. Choose PVA when the pack has to dissolve, and biodegradable film when the pack is handled dry and disposed of as waste.
It depends on your process water. Cold-water film (20–30°C) suits fishing bags and single-dose products, warm-water film (40–60°C) suits detergent pouches and general packaging, and hot-water film (70°C and above) suits laundry bags and embroidery backing. We tune the formula and thickness to your product and test samples with you.
Yes. Every order is made to your specification. Send bag size, film thickness, dissolving temperature, artwork and target quantity, and we produce samples for you to test on your own product before a bulk order. Custom printed film is available, including hazard pictograms for agrochemical packs.
MOQ depends on bag size, film grade and whether the pack needs printing. Send your target quantity together with your enquiry and we confirm the exact minimum, unit price and lead time in the written quote — before you commit to anything.
Sampling is the first step of every project. After we see your spec we confirm the sample plan and timing with you, then you test the sample on your own product. Only when the film and the bag perform as agreed do we move to bulk production, quality check and shipping.
Yes. We supply water-soluble film in rolls for customers who fill and seal on their own lines, and finished bags and pouches for customers who want a ready pack. Tell us the roll width, thickness and core size, or the bag size you need, and we quote accordingly.
